    William Biles, native of Cleveland Ohio was born on March 29, 1969.  William graduated from R.B. Chamberlin High School in Twinsburg Ohio, June 1987.  While attending Chamberlin he was a two year letter man in Varsity Football, starting at CB and FB.  William Joined the US NAVY in January 1990.  During his tour, William played football overseas with the Yokosuka Seahawks of the United States Forces Afloat League earning the starting FB position.  William played three years with the team winning three straight championships.  William later became the Offensive Coordinator for the Seahawks.  William has since earned his Honorable Discharge from the US Navy January 2010. William co-founded The Las Vegas Bulldogs March 2010 while moving to Las Vegas full-time.

     Manoli Miliotis, born and raised in Central Jersey is a first generation Greek-American. Manoli graduated from South Brunswick High School in 1991 as he excelled in Football, Track and Baseball. Manoli was recruited by William Paterson University in Wayne, NJ as a Student-Athlete for the Pioneer Football Program during the 1991-1993 seasons. Manoli decided to forego his Senior season of eligibility when he acquired Apollon Gym, Edison NJ in the fall of 1994 as a 21 year old entrepreneur. Manoli collaborated with Bill Phillips of EAS distributing EAS supplements in the Tri-State region between 1996-1998. Manoli also joined forces with Body Training Systems between 2003-2005 before launching the sports supplement company, East Coast Research, Inc. Manoli sold Apollon Enterprises in January 2008 then relocated to Las Vegas April 2009 where he worked for UFC Lightweight Fighter George Sotiropoulos before co-founding The Las Vegas Bulldogs in March 2010.
