Bulldogs Volunteers
Dear Potential Volunteers,
The Las Vegas Bulldogs Organization are always searching for individuals willing to volunteer their spare time. There are various roles of becoming a volunteer such as a traditional role of "waterboy" or "stat keeper" during the Bulldogs games. You could also initiate a mentoring program that matches adults to work one-on-one with the Bulldogs players. You could tutor the players that need their SAT scores raised or tutor a player to receive their GED. The program needs volunteers who will write newsletters or help organize events. Not everyone can be a one-on-one volunteer, but almost anyone can help.
The Bulldogs volunteer program is rapidly growing with the goal to prepare these fine young men to graduate with a plan for their next step - college, trade school, armed forces, etc. - and eventually move into the workforce with a sense of accomplishment.
The Bulldogs volunteer program develops an engaging relationship of trust and growth that brings players and adults closer together. Volunteers play a big role in the players' lives by having a mentor, a friend and opening the players' eyes to the things they can achieve. The Bulldogs personally encourage you to become a volunteer. There are many people who need someone in their life to help them succeed. We hope you will join us this year giving back to the community and city of Las Vegas.
If you have any questions about your volunteer service to our program, please do not hesitate to let us know at Volunteer@LVBulldogs.com. Again, thank you for your willingness to donate your time, energy and expertise. The Las Vegas Bulldogs Organization really appreciates it!
